Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated October 30, 2026

Host-Caster is a personal radio for you. These rules keep it safe and fair for everyone. They are part of our Terms of Service.

Personal listening

Host-Caster is made for your own listening, at home, at work or on the go. Playing it in public, in a shop, at an event or on a public stream may need music licenses from the rights holders or collecting societies where you are. Getting them is your responsibility.

What your hosts may not be used for

Do not set up hosts, stations, notes or call-ins to create or spread:

Voices of real people

Only use a cloned or custom voice of a real person if you are that person or you have their clear permission. Do not use Host-Caster to make anyone appear to say something they did not say.

Respect the service

Found a security problem?

Thank you. Please tell us privately at support@host-caster.com before telling anyone else, and give us a reasonable time to fix it. We will not act against good-faith research that follows these rules and avoids harm to other people's data.

What happens if the rules are broken

Depending on how serious it is, we may remove the content, pause included AI, suspend the account or close it. Where we can, we warn you first and explain why. If the law requires it, we report illegal content to the authorities.
